The California ISO will host hybrid working group meetings for the Price Formation Enhancements initiative on Aug. 10, and Aug. 17 to discuss problem statements and guiding principles related to the overview document.
The ISO has posted the Price Formation Enhancements working group calendar to the initiative webpage. Please note the working group dates are tentative until confirmed through a notice in the ISO’s daily briefing. The working group agendas and presentations will be available prior to the meetings on the initiative webpage linked above.
Participants have the option to attend the Aug. 10 and Aug. 17 meetings in person at the ISO, or virtually. If you plan to attend the Aug. 10 working group in person, please register by end of day Aug. 9. If you plan to attend the Aug. 17 working group in person, please register by end of day Aug. 15. The August working group schedule is provided below. The next two working group meetings will be held in-person with an option to attend virtually.
- Aug. 10 - hybrid in-person and virtual, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- Aug. 17 - hybrid in-person and virtual, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- Aug. 23 - virtual, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
The ISO encourages participants to propose specific discussion topics and welcomes interested parties to present proposals through the working group process. Please email interest to present to ISOStakeholderAffairs@caiso.com for future working group sessions.
The working groups will be recorded and the video files posted to the webpage linked above for a limited time. The recordings are for informational and convenience purposes only. Any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments on the guiding principles and August working group meeting by end of day Aug. 9, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the working group webpage.
