The California ISO has scheduled a public working group stakeholder call on May 2, 2024 for the Price Formation Enhancements (PFE): Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap. During this meeting, the ISO will review and discuss the Draft Final Proposal for an interim summer solution to manage intra-day opportunity costs of different resources types. Pre-registration for virtual participation is also now available.
The Draft Final Proposal, agenda and presentation will be available prior to the working group meeting on the initiative webpage.
The working group meetings will be recorded and the video files posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recordings are for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
