The California ISO has posted the draft version of operating procedures 3140 and 3140A for review.

3140 Draft TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specification Guidelines, version 5.3, effective April 1, 2023.

Annual Review: Updated references to IRO-010-4, EOP-011-2, and TOP-003-5. Added to Outage Coordination Process for coverage of IRO-010-4 R1.3.1.

3140A Draft TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specifications for Data Provision, version 6.1, effective April 1, 2023.

Annual Review: Updated Operationally Affected Parties to include Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) Compliance Data Management System (CDMS) Export for notification clarification in Version History tab to align with 3140.

Section 4 - Updated data transfer method on 4.10 to System Operating Limits (SOL) Methodology library.

Section 6 - Added data request 6.8.2 to incorporate cold weather data required for new cold weather standard changes.
