The California ISO has rescheduled the public stakeholder call on Feb. 14, 2023 to Feb. 15, 2023 to discuss the straw proposal for the Subscriber Participating Transmission Owner (SPTO) model initiative. The straw proposal is available on the initiative webpage.
Please submit written comments on the straw proposal by end of day March 1, 2023, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
The call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
