The California ISO has posted the Transmission Planning Process Phase 3 - Revise Competitive Solicitation Project Proposal Fee final proposal and draft tariff language. This initiative is focused on evaluating the initial deposits required from, and total cost responsibility assigned to, each project sponsor that submits project proposals to be evaluated in the Transmission Planning Process Phase 3 competitive solicitation process.
