The California ISO has posted an updated tracking document titled Priority Wheeling Through Transactions Data as part of the implementation of the Transmission Service and Market Scheduling Priorities (TSMSP) initiative and the associated process for requesting Available Transfer Capability (ATC) on interties to establish wheeling through priority for June 2024 and beyond.
The document, which is available on the Reliability Requirements webpage, continues to provide data tracking aggregate established wheeling through priority across the ISO system, including the priority established through the new ATC request process starting for June 2024 and beyond. The document is based on monthly ATC requests and awards of wheeling through priority, and will be updated monthly after the ATC awards have been made based on requests received.
