The California ISO has published the Transmission Service and Marketing Scheduling Priorities (TSMSP) Phase 2 final proposal, in which it plans to present for decision at the Joint Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) Governing Body and ISO Board of Governors meeting on Feb. 1, 2023.
Phase 2 of the initiative focuses on developing a longer-term framework for establishing wheeling through scheduling priority across the ISO system. The final proposal primarily focuses on the derivation of transmission capability at the ISO interties that can be reserved in advance to establish wheeling through priority across the sysem.
