The California ISO has extended the comment deadline for the Transmission Service and Market Scheduling Priorities (TSMSP) Phase 2 draft tariff language from April 28 to May 10. The ISO has extended the deadline to give stakeholders additional time to provide robust comments on this initiative, following the submittal of comments on April 28 for the Extended Day-Ahead Market draft tariff language.
The draft tariff language and all initiative-related information is available on the TSMSP Phase 2 webpage. The ISO will hold a stakeholder call to walk-through the draft tariff language on April 14, 2023, prior to the comment deadline. Details for that meeting are available in the notice published on March 27, 2023, and on the ISO calendar.
