The California ISO will host a public stakeholder call on Jan. 17, 2024, to review and discuss the Priority Wheeling Through monthly Available Transfer Capability (ATC) values that will be available to reserve in advance to establish Priority Wheeling Through transactions across the ISO system for the month of June 2024 and subsequent months. As part of the implementation activities of the Transmission Service and Market Scheduling Priorities (TSMSP) Phase 2 Track 1 initiative, the ISO will calculate and publish monthly ATC values on the interties across a 13-month horizon to support establishment of Priority Wheeling Through transactions effective June 1, 2024. The publication of Priority Wheeling Through ATC will support the opening of the request submission window from January 18 to January 31 for reserving ATC to establish priority.
The ATC values will be posted on the Reliability Requirements webpage prior to the meeting on Jan. 17, which will be communicated in a forthcoming notice.
