CAISO IRP 38MMT PSP Stochastic PLEXOS Models with CEC 2021 IEPR Load Forecast

These are a series of stochastic production cost simulation models the CAISO developed based on the CPUC 2019-20 IRP Preferred System Portfolio, which was adopted in Decision 22-02-004 on February 10, 2022, and the CEC 2021 IEPR hourly load forecast. The models have been set up for the years 2023 through 2026 and 2032, and were run with PLEXOS v8.3R9. The results of the simulations were presented in a letter written by CAISO Vice President Neil Millar to CEC Vice Chair Siva Gunda on February 2, 2023
