Summary:

Describes the operating procedures used in the real time operation and dispatch of the CAISO High Voltage AC (HVAC) transmission system. Establishes guidelines for the communication of operating and switching information between the CAISO Control Center at Folsom, the CAISO Control Center at Alhambra, and the Participating Transmission Owner (PTO) Operations Control Centers.  PTO operating and clearance procedures established between the PTO operating facilities shall remain in place.
