Effective 04/07/2009; Describes the Load Reduction Programs available to the ISO during periods when: 1) Available resources are insufficient to maintain adequate Operating Reserves, OR 2) The ISO is operating under a Transmission Emergency. The two Load Reduction programs available to the ISO include: 1) Stage 1 Flex Alert, 2) Utility Distribution Center (UDC) Interruptible Service Program
