IMPORTANT NOTE: The Tariff is current through January 12, 2001; however, it does include tariff sheets that the Commission has not yet acted upon . For your convenience, these tariff changes are shown in black-line form at the back of this binder at tab entitled “BLACK-LINES INCORPORATED IN TARIFF.” In addition, this Tariff also includes revisions to Section 28 of the Tariff proposed in Amendment No. 31 to the California ISO Tariff and subsequently rejected by the Commission San Diego Gas & Electric Company (Complainant) v. Sellers of Energy and Ancillary Services into Markets Operated by the California, Independent System Operator and the California Power Exchange (Respondents), 93 FERC 61,121 (November 1, 2001). Rehearing is pending. For any subsequent tariff amendments, black-line tariff changes will be found on the California ISO web site at http://www.caiso.com/pubinfo/FERC/filings.
