Meter Data Submission/OMAR Online Training The Operational Meter Analysis and Reporting (OMAR) application is used to submit, view and download Scheduling Coordinator Settlement Quality Meter Data, which is used in the calculation of CAISO Preliminary and Final Settlement Statements. These documents provide information/training on OMAR Online and upcoming enhancements, the digital certificate request and installation process, File Transfer Protocol (FTP-ECN) and Automation update, and how to submit data during Daylight Savings Time. |
