Site Help: How to Find Documents

The ISO Web Site contains thousands of documents. The table below contains pointers to commonly requested documents.

In general, documents are organized into the section to which they apply (i.e. Board Documents are in the Public Information/Board of Governors page). Documents are organized in the individual page in reverse chronological order unless there is a reason to organize them otherwise.

There is a search engine on the ISO web site. It is available on any page.

Recent Documents	Public Information / Recent Documents	Contains most documents posted with in the last 14 days.
Stakeholder Processes Documents	Stakeholders Processes	Contains information about projects and programs which are undergoing active stakeholder processes. Generally, current information is contained in this section.
Board Documents	Public Information / Board of Governors / Documents	Public documents presented to the Board of Governors are organized by the committee at which they were presented. Documents for the current Board meeting are contained on the active page. After the Board meeting, the documents are moved to the archive pages. If you are unable to find a particular document, please contact the Corporate Secretary.
Corporate Documents	Public Information / Corporate Documents	This page contains the Articles of Inforporation, bylaws and other general corporate documents.
FERC Filings and Rulings (Orders)	Public Information / FERC Filings and Rulings	Legal filings to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission are posted in this section.
Tariff and Protocols	Public Information / FERC Filings and Rulings/Tariffs	The ISO Tariff, ammendments and filings. The ISO Protocols are part of the Tariff.
Tariff Amendments	Public Information / FERC Filings and Rulings/Tariff Amendments	Links to pages with filings associated to ISO tariff amendments are listed in chronological order.
Public Meetings	Meetings	Consolidates meeting information into a single place. Includes Board of Governors' meetings and stakeholder meetings.
Public Meetings	Client Services / Client Meetings & Training	Handouts and notes from various stakeholder groups.
Board Meeting Minutes	Public Information / Board of Governors / Minutes	Organized in a calendar display. Board of Governors and committee Minutes are posted after they are approved. For minutes of Board of Governors meetings before they are posted, please contact the Corporate Secretary.
Board Motions	Public Information / Board of Governors / Motions	Motions are posted to the Internet as soon after they are voted up as possible. They are organized by board meeting.
Press Releases and Media Resources	Newsroom	Section contains many resources for the media professional regarding the ISO. For additional information or information on a specific topic, contact our Communications Department.
Public Market Information	marketops / OASIS	OASIS Technical Information contains data and operational procedures to assist market participants. Most of this section is open to the public, but a few pages are secured.
Transmission Owner Information	marketops / OASIS / Transmission Owners' Forum	Each transmission owner (TO) takes sole responsibility for the data provided within this area. Please contact the transmission owner directly with comments or questions.
