Audit Committee

Audit Committee members are elected by the Board of Governors. The Committee assists in the oversight of ISO financial statements, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and independent and internal audits. The Committee also reviews the financial reporting process and the internal controls and codes of conduct of the Board and ISO employees.
