Payment options

Registration can be paid by credit card, check or wire transfer.
VISA, Mastercard and American Express payments are processed securely through the registration system.

Check payment and wire transfer instructions are provided in the registration confirmation email.

Event check-in

Self-service check-in kiosks are located in Exhibit Hall B on the first floor of the convention center at 13th and J Street entrance – follow the signs to check-in. To expedite check-in, scan the barcode provided in your registration confirmation email using a hard copy or your smart phone at one of the kiosks. A badge is required to gain access to the conference area, which is located on the third floor of the convention center.


Cancellation policy

Send cancellation requests to Cancellations must be received by October 1, 2018 to receive a full refund. If unforeseen circumstances force the California ISO to cancel the Symposium, a full refund will be issued to each guest. The ISO assumes no liability for costs incurred by registrants due to the cancellation including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation expenses.
