Revised settlement statement and dispute timeline for T+35M
This initiative will gather market participant comments on a proposal that would give more time to review and dispute the second to last of the recalculation settlement statements by accelerating the current T+35 months recalculation settlement statements to T+33 months. The new dispute timeline will be consistent with the recalculation settlement statement timeline of T+22 business days.
Outcome
ISO tariff revisions were activated in May 2017 and effective starting on trading day August 1, 2014 that accelerates second-to-last settlement statements from T+35 months to T+33 months to give market participants more time to review adjustments and submit disputes.
