Making sure the wholesale market works in a fair and efficient manner is the responsibility of everyone: the ISO, the market participants and California electric consumers. The Market Abuse Hotline provides a means for any market participant or member of the public to report suspected abuses in the wholesale electric market to Market Monitoring.

All information received by Market Monitoring will be held in the strictest confidence and used only to investigate complaints of market abuse. If you suspect an abuse in the ISO ancillary services, congestion management, or real-time spot markets, please call or e-mail.
