Today's Outlook
About Today's Outlook: Today's Outlook is not used by ISO System Operators to operate the ISO Control Area. It is a ten-minute update to supply and demand conditions based on information available to the California Independent System Operator. There may be variations or inconsistencies in the data due to data quality or data transfer timing issues. If there is a loss of supply large enough to force the ISO into a state of emergency, the available resources may not reflect that loss until manually updated. Please refer to the California ISO Open Access Same-time Information System (OASIS) site at http://oasis.caiso.com for official published information, and the Today's Outlook Tutorial for high-level descriptions of the graph and data.
The graph is updated every 10 minutes automatically but may require visitors to refresh their screens to receive the most recent information.
