The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on February 6 to discuss the draft final proposal for the Imbalance Conformance Enhancements initiative, which is available at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/DraftFinalProposal-ImbalanceConformanceEnhancements.pdf.

This initiative is exploring enhancements to the imbalance conformance limiter market functionality and is clarifying the ISO’s authority to adjust market inputs to reflect current system conditions.
