The California ISO Business Practice Manual (BPM) Change Management process enables the ISO and affected parties to appeal a final decision for reconsideration on a Proposed Revision Requests (PRR) to an appeals committee. The ISO’s answering briefs for PRR 1139, Updates to Nature of Work Attributes for Generation Outages and Outage Reporting Section, and PRR 1181, Attachment B Changes to Support Tariff Section 4.6.4, have been posted to the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/BusinessPracticeManuals/Default.aspx.
The remaining deadlines in the PRR 1139 and 1181 appeals process are as follows:
- March 11, 2020 - Appellants submit reply briefs, limited to four pages
- March 19, 2020 - Stakeholders may submit supporting/opposing briefs, limited to four pages
The appeals committee teleconference meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2020. The meeting will be recorded. These recordings are for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
