The ISO has rescheduled the next TAC Enhancements meeting to discuss the draft final proposal from Sept. 19, 2018, to September 24, in order to accommodate stakeholder requests to avoid a conflicting external event.
The objective of this meeting is to continue examining potential changes to the ISO's current TAC structure for recovering participating transmission owners' costs of owning, operating and maintaining high-voltage transmission facilities under ISO operational control. The ISO will also discuss how stakeholder input was addressed within the draft final proposal.
An agenda and presentation will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative web page at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/TransmissionAccessChargeStructureEnhancements.aspx. A notice in the Daily Briefing will announce when the paper is posted. Stakeholders or other interested parties should sign up for the Daily Briefing, a once-a-day email summarizing that day's
notifications.
If planning to attend the meeting in person, please RSVP by September 21. A web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. In addition, the call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO's permission.
Please submit written comments on the draft final proposal to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day October 9.
