The California ISO Business Practice Manual (BPM) Change Management process enables the ISO and affected parties to appeal a final decision for reconsideration on a Proposed Revision Requests (PRR) to an appeals committee. The ISO’s answering brief for PRR 1122, Inappropriate Reporting of Forced Outages, has been posted on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/BusinessPracticeManuals/Default.aspx.
The remaining deadlines in the PRR 1122 appeals process are as follows:
Jan. 21, 2020 - Appellants submit reply briefs, limited to four pages
Jan. 27, 2020 - Stakeholders may submit supporting/opposing briefs, limited to four pages
The appeals committee teleconference meeting is scheduled for Feb. 19, 2020. The meeting will be recorded. These recordings are for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
