Change to Marginal Loss Sensitivity Calculation, effective 8/22/22
MESSAGE
Effective Aug. 22, 2022, the California ISO implemented a change to the loss sensitivity calculation used in the real-time market to include the net scheduled interchange as a fixed variable in the loss sensitivity analysis. The change is described in emergency Business Practice Manual (BPM) Proposed Revision Request (PRR) 1462.
