The California ISO has posted the straw proposal for Penalty Enhancements: Demand Response, Investigation, and Tolling (PEDRIT) initiative. The ISO will host a virtual stakeholder meeting on April 3, 2024, to discuss the straw proposal.
This initiative continues efforts to enhance the Rules of Conduct. PEDRIT has four in-scope objectives: define DR monitoring data penalty structure, streamline the penalty investigative process, update the penalty tolling process, and discuss an inaccurate meter data materiality threshold or waiver.
The presentation will be available prior to the meeting on the Penalty enhancements - demand response, investigation, and tolling webpage.
Please submit written comments based on the straw proposal by end of day April 19, 2024 through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
The meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
