The California ISO has posted the comments template for the Price Formation Enhancements (PFE) Draft Final Proposal on Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap.
Please submit written comments based on the Draft Final Proposal by end of day May 8, 2024 through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
We acknowledge that this timeline represents a significantly faster turnaround than our usual processes, which is not ideal. However, we are committed to being responsive to the urgency and the desire for an interim solution by this summer.
