The California ISO has posted the Draft Final Proposal on Price Formation Enhancements: Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap, which will be discussed during the public working group stakeholder call on May 2, 2024.
With a recent update to the WebEx platform, the attendee list will again be visible. Registration is no longer required for this stakeholder call.
The Draft Final Proposal is available on the Price Formation Enhancements initiative webpage. The presentation will be available prior to the working group meeting on the same webpage.
Please submit written comments based on the Draft Final Proposal by end of day May 8, 2024 through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
The working group meetings will be recorded and the video files posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recordings are for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
