Bi-Weekly Regional Integration Update Calls Starting January 5, 2016
The ISO will host bi-weekly participant calls the first and third Tuesday of every month starting on January 5, 2015 to provide an update of stakeholder processes and activities related to the regional integration effort. These web conferences are meant to keep interested parties in the region informed of the Regional Integration timeline and activities underway that are driven by: the California Senate Bill 350 (SB350) and regional grid development.
Agenda items for discussion will include market design initiatives, the study work described in SB350 and governance changes necessary for a regional grid.
The initial call on January 5 will focus on an overview of the schedule for the first quarter of 2016 and an update on the ISO stakeholder process for those entities that may be new to this engagement. Topics for subsequent calls will evolve based on stakeholder inputs. Please note these calls are intended to provide a broad look at the overall regional integration initiative and do not replace the specific stakeholder processes that will occur.
The ISO has created a notification category titled "Regional Integration" that will assist regional stakeholders in receiving information relevant to the various activities under that category. Please sign up for market notices at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/Notifications/MarketNotices/MarketNoticesSubscriptionForm.aspx.
These bi-weekly calls are scheduled the first and third Tuesday of every month from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. pacific time. The ISO will revisit the frequency and duration of the calls over time.
Please reference the ISO public calendar for each call on its website at http://www.caiso.com/Pages/Calendar.aspxas details will vary for each.
