The ISO has posted comments and questions received from stakeholders on the preliminary studies results that were presented during the May 24-25, 2016 meetings for Senate Bill 350 (SB 350) - Clean Energy and Pollution Reduction Act. The comments, questions and ISO responses are available on the ISO website in the Stakeholder comments heading under Senate Bill 350 regional integration studies / Meeting May 24-25, 2016 at: http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/RegionalEnergyMarket/BenefitsofaRegionalEnergyMarket.aspx.

 

As a reminder, to access the public data related to the studies, please send a request to regionalintegration@caiso.com, including your email and a brief sentence indicating the need to have access to the SB 350 study data. Instructions for how to access the data will be provided upon request.  

 

If you want access to the confidential SB 350 data please follow SB 350 NDA Submission Instructions to execute the SB 350 Studies Non-Disclosure Agreement and submit it to caisonda@caiso.com. These documents are posted under the Study data and web conference Jun 8, 2016 heading. The data files are posted on a different share file due to the large file sizes and types, and need for security for confidential data.
