Market Rules and Market Design
In advance of the Energy Storage Roadmap Workshop scheduled on September 4, the roadmap team will post background information and is inviting stakeholders to submit relevant background documents for posting on the energy storage roadmap website. Please submit RSVP by August 28 and submit relevant background documents for posting no later than noon August 29.
In preparation for the Energy Storage Roadmap workshop on September 4, the California Energy Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission and the California Independent Systems Operator will make background information available on the California ISO energy storage roadmap website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/CleanGrid/EnergyStorageRoadmap.aspx.
As part of the background information, the agencies also welcome stakeholders to contribute relevant background documents and presentations prepared specifically to address energy storage barriers and solutions in California. These materials are intended as background information for workshop participants and will not be presented during the workshop. However, the agencies may use the materials to formulate the roadmap, which will be developed after the workshop.
If you would like to contribute a background document or presentation to share with other stakeholders in advance of the September 4 workshop, please send your contribution to EnergyStorage@caiso.com by no later than noon on Friday, August 29, 2014.
Please RSVP for the workshop by close of business August 28 at http://www.rsvpbook.com/esrw2014 to express your intent to participate in person or via web and teleconference. Registrants will receive an email with the web and call-in information after registration ends.
