The California ISO has posted revised draft tariff language in compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order No. 845. This version includes some of the edits suggested by stakeholders on the initial draft tariff language posted on April 5, 2019.

The revised language and other related information are available on the Miscellaneous Stakeholder Meetings webpage at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/MeetingsEvents/MiscellaneousStakeholderMeetings/Default.aspx. The ISO plans to file the tariff language with FERC later this month.
