New Customer Partnership Group: Customer Inquiry and Dispute Information; Call 2/13/19

MESSAGE

The California ISO has kicked off a new customer partnership group to discuss enhancements to its Customer Inquiry and Dispute Information (CIDI) application. Information related to this forum is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/MeetingsEvents/CustomerPartnershipGroups/Default.aspx.

 

The objective of this customer partnership group is to provide users with an opportunity to share ideas and offer suggestions to further enhance the customer’s experience when interacting with the CIDI application. This follows a stakeholder call held on Dec. 17, 2018, where the ISO provided an overview of the enhancements and invited stakeholders to participate in this interactive forum.

 

To submit future enhancement requests, please submit a CIDI Inquiry ticket with “CIDI Enhancements” in the Subject line.
