Outage Management System Customer Partnership Group Call Schedule Change: Monthly to Quarterly, Next Call 8/2/17
The California ISO has changed the schedule for the Outage Management System (OMS) Customer Partnership Group stakeholder calls from monthly to quarterly. The next call has been scheduled for August 2, 2017. Users and developers of the OMS system are encouraged to participate.
The ISO has updated the schedule for the Outage Management System (OMS) Customer Partnership Group stakeholder calls from monthly to quarterly. The next call has been scheduled on August 2, 2017. The OMS Roadmap and Known Issues document will continue to be posted monthly and communicated via a market notice. Stakeholders can report OMS issues through the Customer Inquiry, Dispute and Information (CIDI) system. The OMS Customer Partnership Group calls are intended to provide users and developers an opportunity to offer suggestions and provide feedback for enhancing the customer experience when interacting with ISO’s Outage Management System.
