The ISO posted presentations and addendum supporting materials in advance of a July 26 joint state agency workshop.  Per the requirements of the Clean Energy and Pollution Reduction Act of 2015, Senate Bill 350 (De León, Chapter 547, Statutes of 2015), the California Energy Commission (Energy Commission), California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), and California Air Resources Board (ARB) will jointly host a public workshop on topics related to regionalization of the Independent System Operator, including the development of a proposed governance structure and studies on the environmental and economic impacts of a regional grid operator.
