Pursuant to section 24.5.3 of the California ISO Tariff, the ISO has qualified ten project sponsor proposals. The ISO qualified the project sponsors and proposals based on the criteria as set forth in tariff sections 24.5.3.1 - Project Sponsor Qualification and 24.5.3.2 - Proposal Qualification in the ISO Tariff. The ISO will now determine through the selection process a qualified project sponsor to finance, construct, own, operate and maintain the Gates 500kV Dynamic Reactive Support transmission solution.
