Main Text

The ISO will host a stakeholder working group meeting for the Regional Resource Adequacy initiative on January 13 in Seattle.  The working group meeting is open to any member of the public that wishes to attend.

The purpose of the working group is to facilitate an interactive discussion with parties to address questions and issues raised in the written comments received in response to the December 9, 2015 issue paper. The working group discussion will help establish the scope of this initiative and the topics to be addressed in a straw proposal. The ISO will not present a proposal during this session, but will consider the input offered in the working group to develop a straw proposal to be posted February 17, 2016.

The December 9, 2015 issue paper, which includes a tentative schedule for participation in the initiative stakeholder process, is available on the ISO website at .

A presentation for the workshop will be available January 11, 2016 on the Regional Resource Adequacy initiative webpage at Written comments on the issue paper and materials related to this initiative will also be available at this link.
