The California ISO will post a revised draft final proposal for the Local Market Power Mitigation Enhancements initiative by the end of the week. The draft final proposal will be available on the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/LocalMarketPowerMitigationEnhancements2018.aspx.

The comments deadline will be extended to one week after the revised draft final proposal is posted to provide stakeholders more time to review and provide input prior to taking the proposal to the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Governing Body and ISO Board of Governors for decision in March.

The revised version will include clarifications and refinements to the hydro resource default energy bid proposal, which are described in the version history section of the proposal. After further review and consideration, the EIM Governing Body decisional classification will also be updated.
