Transmission Access Charge Options Revised Straw Proposal Posted




The California ISO has published the revised straw proposal for the Transmission Access Charge (TAC) Options initiative to be reviewed during the stakeholder meeting in Portland Oregon on June 1, 2016.  Please submit comments by June 10.

The ISO has published the revised straw proposal for the TAC Options initiative, which is available on the ISO website at


The revised straw proposal modifies the ISO's March 1, 2016 straw proposal based on comments received from stakeholders and further consideration by the ISO on the pros and cons of that proposal's provisions. All written comments and other documents related to the TAC Options are available on the initiative page at


A stakeholder meeting to discuss the revised straw proposal is scheduled for June 1 at the Collective Agency in downtown Portland, Oregon.  If planning to attend in person, please RSVP at by May 27 as space is limited to 60 people.  A web conference will be available for those who are unable to participate in person.


Please submit comments on the revised straw proposal to by close of business June 10. A template for providing written comments will be available on the initiative page.
