As discussed during the May 28, 2019 stakeholder call, the California ISO has posted the transmission zone diagrams related to the Transmission Capability Estimates for Inputs to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Integrated Resource Plan Portfolio Development. These diagrams are available on the ISO Market Participant Portal (MPP) in the “Studies: Transmission Capability” folder (year 2019) located under the Transmission Planning tab on the homepage. This is a secure website. Market participants must have a signed non-disclosure agreement with the ISO in order to access the site.
