The California ISO requests all generation developers submit their best estimate for how many interconnection requests they plan to submit into the cluster 15 open window of April 1 to April 15, 2023. The ISO’s goal is to predict how many interconnection requests it may receive in cluster 15. This will help the ISO plan for the cluster 15 studies, including potential timelines.
This request is for information purposes only. All responses will be non-binding and confidential at the individual level. The ISO will only publish the aggregate result—total estimated requests—for all developers. The ISO encourages all developers to submit their best estimate for how many interconnection requests they plan to submit in cluster 15 at this point in time.
