The California ISO will host a hybrid Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Coordination working group meeting on March 14, 2024. Attendees may choose to participate in person at the ISO, or virtually. If you plan to attend the working group in person, please register by end of day March 7, 2024.
During the March 14 meeting, the working group will discuss problem statement 7, related to emissions reduction policies. Doug Howe, a GHG Policy Consultant for the Western Climate Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Group, will also provide a presentation on his proposal for states with a declining cap.
Stakeholders, including problem statement 7 sponsors and co-sponsors, are also invited to present during the March 14 working group meeting. If you are interested in presenting, please send an email to ISOStakeholderAffairs@caiso.com by end of day February 29.
Working group materials will be available prior to the meeting on the GHG Coordination webpage.
The working group will be recorded and the video file posted to the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments on the working group meeting by end of day March 28, 2024, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
