The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on June 29, 2023, to discuss the final proposal and draft tariff language for the Subscriber PTO Model initiative. The initiative is focused on implementing a new Subscriber PTO Model, giving the ISO operational control of the transmission lines without increasing the transmission revenue requirement for the Access Charge for the cost of the Subscriber Participating TO transmission facilities. The final proposal is available on the initiative webpage.
Please submit written comments on the draft tariff language by end of day July 19, 2023, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
