Communications and roles under mandatory reliability standards

The ISO will conduct workshops to clarify for stakeholders the roles of the interconnected utilities compared to that of the ISO with regard to Generator Owners (GOs) and Generator Operators (GOPs) communications with Transmission Owners (TOs) in accordance with the mandatory Reliability Standards and the interconnected utilities for these communications.
