The California ISO identified three regional transmission solutions that are eligible for competitive solicitation in the Board Approved 2022-2023 Transmission Plan. The ISO posted descriptions of transmission solutions eligible for competitive solicitation in Appendix I of the Board Approved 2022-2023 Transmission Plan in May 2023. Subsequent to the posting, the ISO received additional information from an affected Participating Transmission Owner revising some of the equipment ratings for the North of SONGS 500kV Line and Substation and the North of SONGS - Serrano 500kV projects. The revised project descriptions can be found in Appendix I on the transmission planning process webpage.
