The ISO scheduled a stakeholder working group meeting on August 27, 2015 to discuss the Demand Response Baselines as part of the Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resource initiative. A presentation will be available by close of business August 25 on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyStorage_AggregatedDistributedEnergyResources.aspx.
The presentation will outline the ISO's initial consideration and development of a new methodology for demand response performance measurement based on the North American Electric Standards Board meter generator output methodology. Additional details on the use of statistical sampling will also be included in the presentation.
Please submit comments on the working group discussion to initiativecomments@caiso.com by close of business September 3.
