The California ISO will conduct a Grid Management Charge (GMC) meeting on July 22, 2009.  The purpose of this meeting is to address the extension of the current GMC rate structure and revenue requirement through 2010, and to discuss the process for GMC refunds/reallocations stemming from the 2001-2003 time period and directed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Docket No. ER01-313-010. 

 

The ISO will post the meeting agenda, presentation and further information about the refund/reallocation process by close of business July 20, 2009 to its website at http://www.caiso.com/23b2/23b287616d940.html.
