The California ISO posted its Grid Management
Charge(GMC) for Market Usage Forward Energy draft final proposal to its website
at http://www.caiso.com/23b2/23b287616d940.html
on October 2, 2009. Stakeholders can submit comments on the paper by
close of business October 12, 2009.
The ISO will include the Market Usage Forward Energy final
proposal in its 2010 GMC extension document and seek approval from its Board of
Governors on October 29 – 30. The ISO will file the approved
extension agreement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on November
1, 2009.
