The California ISO posted the final proposal for the Minimum State of Charge Extension initiative. This initiative extends the life of the minimum state of charge requirement to allow for development of the exceptional dispatch features from the energy storage enhancements initiative. This initiative specifies that this extension will extend through Sept. 30, 2023 to allow time for software development of the replacement tools.
