The California ISO has posted the Penalty Enhancements: Demand Response, Investigation, and Tolling (PEDRIT) revised straw proposal to the initiative webpage and will hold a public stakeholder call on June 3, 2024.
This initiative continues efforts to enhance the Rules of Conduct. PEDRIT has four objectives: define DR monitoring data penalty structure, streamline the penalty investigative process, update the penalty tolling process, and establish an inaccurate meter data materiality threshold.
The revised straw proposal is available on the PEDRIT initiative webpage. Meeting material will be available prior to the call on that same webpage.
Please submit written comments based on the revised straw proposal by end of day June 14, 2024 through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
The meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
